Very pleasant team, helpful, professional, Very good advice! Don't try to sell more than you need. Unbeatable price!! So many qualities that are lost today in commerce. All this seems largely excusable to me for the waiting time for a walk-in service. Competitors in the area, with limited skills, charging exorbitant prices and not always the most friendly, are not ready to see me again!! I recommend 200%

Arriving at the opening at the very beginning of the afternoon there is already a queue, 30 minutes to get to the checkout. Then almost 4 hours of waiting to change 2 tires even though I was told 1 hour at the checkout! You have to be very patient, I won't explain if you have your children with you! Plus they didn't give me my valve caps, I got some crappy stuff! It’s the factory, to avoid if you have a plan B 🤯 competitive price obviously given the service….

I was desperately looking for a garage with a slot for a puncture. Few garages are open on Saturdays. I went to Carter Cash with no confidence that my car would be taken care of. Very satisfied, friendly staff, rather quick response and also free!

I went to Carter Cash for an engine oil change and filter replacement. Positive : Good welcome from all the staff Wide selection of parts at a fair price Negative point : The mechanic spilled oil next to it on the engine and there was some on the front of the hood. When I asked him why he doesn't use a funnel he told me they don't have one. A funnel to fill the oil is the minimum...

Tires and assembly paid on the internet. We are told it is without appointment. I arrive at the store at 4:40 p.m. to have the tires fitted, there were 3 cars in the workshop. The very unpleasant salesman who sends me away, haughty, when we call ourselves without an appointment and send ch*** customers when we are open until 7 p.m. it's rather limited. If you come across Augustin at the counter, I don't recommend it. Not professional at all, it clearly bothers him to work with this gentleman.
